Cory brings over 30 years of business experience and a proven track record of success in Colorado residential real estate, specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and relocating clients navigate the Boulder, Denver and greater Front Range markets. Since earning her Colorado real estate license in 2016, she has closed more than $85 million in sales volume and guided over 100 clients through successful home purchases and sales across Boulder County and the Denver metro area. With roots in California and Seattle, Cory earned her BA from UCLA and her MBA from the University of Washington, later combining her business expertise with a passion for supporting professionals, families, and investors in achieving their real estate goals throughout Boulder and Denver communities.  

As an Associate Broker at 8z Real Estate, Cory brings her expertise in marketing and investment property management to every transaction. She specializes in representing Sellers, Buyers, and Investors across Boulder and Denver, as well as the surrounding communities, including Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Erie, Broomfield, Longmont, Westminster, Thornton, Arvada, and Golden.  Starting in 2025, Cory will also be sharing her knowledge and experience as a coach for 8z Real Estate, supporting the next generation of agents.

Since moving to Louisville, Colorado, in 2010, Cory has been an active contributor to her community.  She volunteers at CU Leeds School of Business in the role of professional mentor to undergraduate students.  She has served on numerous local boards and committees, including the Louisville History Foundation, the Coal Creek Golf Advisory Board, and several Monarch High School boards and committees. Her commitment to community involvement underscores her deep connection to the area.

Cory and her husband, Mike, are proud parents of a blended family with three grown children. Cory loves to Scuba dive when she gets to a coastline and also enjoys XC skiing anywhere there is fresh snow.  She savors the art of healthy cooking, finds balance in restorative yoga, and happily turns chapters with her beloved neighborhood book clubs!  She is an avid MLB fan and roots for both the Rockies and the Giants, albeit often at cross-purposes. Travel to warm weather is always on the agenda each year,  especially when it gets too cold in Colorado.   

Cory was elected to the Board of Directors  for the Boulder-Longmont Area REALTOR® Association in 2024.  She holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN®), and a certified New Home Co-Broker and is always seeking to increase her education and knowledge to keep her clients informed.
